Returns and Exchanges Policy
We are committed to ensuring our products bring a smile to your face every time you exercise! If you’re not 100% satisfied, we’re happy to offer returns or exchanges on any unworn products for up to 30 days after delivery when purchased directly from our website.
Holiday Returns Policy
To make holiday shopping stress-free, our returns policy is extended to 60 days for purchases made during November and December, so you can shop with confidence for gifts.
Important Notes
- Underwear Returns: Due to the nature of our products and their contact with sensitive areas, we cannot accept returns on any underwear that has been tried on. Please ensure items remain unworn if you wish to return or exchange them.
- Condition of Items: All items must be returned in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
How to Get Started
- Email us at hello@runderwear.com to initiate your return or exchange.
- Include your order number (beginning with #) and details about the item(s) you’d like to return or exchange.
- For exchanges, let us know the product and size you’d like as a replacement.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we are not liable for items lost or damaged in transit.
Processing Time
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving your return.
- Exchanges will be shipped once the original item is received and inspected.
